Principal auctioneer Chris Warren was licensed as a REALTOR in 1994 and as an apprentice auctioneer in 1999. Chris passed his principal auctioneer test in 2003 and has conducted residential auctions, commercial building auctions, multi-par auctions, consignment auctions personal goods/collectibles/antique auctions.
Chris Warren was born in RI, raised in VT and after a 7 year tour in the U.S. Army as a military policeman settled in Hardin County in 1994.
Auctioneer Todd Akridge was licensed as an apprentice auctioneer in 1999 and a principal auctioneer in 2001. Todd is a licensed auctioneer in Kentucky and Indiana. Todd has participated in residential auctions, commercial building auctions, multi-par auctions, consignment auctions, personal goods/collectibles/antique auctions.
Auctioneer Ron Thompson was licensed as a REALTOR in 2002 and as an apprentice auctioneer in 2004. Ron passed his principal auctioneer test in 2008 and has participated in residential auctions, commercial building auctions, multi-par auctions, consignment auctions, personal goods/collectibles/antique auctions.
Ron Thompson was born and raised in MI, enjoys hunting, traveling, mission work and spending time with his 2 children. Ron moved to KY from SC where he attended college and graduated with a Batchelors degree.
Apprentice auctioneer Bucky Fulkerson was licensed as a REALTOR in 2003 and as an apprentice auctioneer in 2006. Bucky has participated in residential auctions, commercial auctions, multi-par auctions, consignment auctions, personal goods/collectibles/antique auctions.
Bucky Fulkerson was born and raised in Hardin Co., and is a 1990 graduate of East Hardin High School & a 1994 graduate Department of Justice Law Enforcement Academy (Eastern Ky University – Dean’s List). Bucky Fulkerson lived and worked in Frankfort for 5 years as a law enforcement officer before moving back to Hardin County in 1999. After 10 years experience working for the Commonwealth of Kentucky Bucky Fulkerson became a licensed REALTOR and apprentice auctioneer.
Apprentice auctioneer Monica Underwood was licensed as a REALTOR and apprentice auctioneer in 2001. Monica has participated in residential auctions, commercial auctions, multi-par auctions, consignment auctions, personal goods/collectibles/antique auctions.
Monica attended the Nashville Auctioneer School and resides in Larue county with her two children.
